Medallion Club Big Three Joining Incentive Program 2013

Terms and Conditions of Eligibility ("Conditions of Eligibility")

  • Information on rewards that may be issued in connection with, the Medallion Club Big Three Joining Incentive Program 2013 (the "JI Program") form part of these Conditions of Eligibility. Participation in the JI Program is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Eligibility.
  • The JI Program is open to all new Applicants that join the Medallion Club between the period commencing February 1, 2013 and ending 5.00pm AEST on March 31, 2013 ("Promotional Period").
  • The JI Program and benefits therein contained may not be combined with any other Medallion Club promotions that may be run during the Promotional Period.
  • JI Program is not applicable for upgrades or transfers of existing memberships (e.g. Axcess One Member converting to Medallion Club Membership or the purchase of additional seats by existing Medallion Club Members).
  • A participant in the JI Program will only be successful ("Successful Application") if:
    • the Applicant submits to the Promoter a duly completed and signed Medallion Club Membership application form for a minimum term of 3 years ("Application Form") by 31 March 2013;
    • the Application Form is approved by the Promoter;
    • upon such approval being granted by the Promoter, the term of the relevant Membership commences immediately; and
    • in connection with the Application Form, the Promoter receives payment in full of the applicable joining fees and the first monthly payment in advance in accordance with the terms and conditions of Medallion Club Membership.
  • For each Successful Application, the new Member will each be entitled to receive the following benefits (the "Reward"):
    • In the case of a Successful Application for a Medallion Club Membership comprising 2 or 3 seats for a 3 year term;
      • a 2013 Toyota AFL Grand Final package per Membership seat, utilizing the Membership entitlement to a ticket to the 2013 Toyota AFL Grand Final ticket plus breakfast at the official AFL Grand Final Breakfast function.
      • a 2 course sit down dinner with beverage package at the ARU International Test between the Qantas Wallabies and the British and Irish Lions per Membership seat (event ticketing is not included in this Reward, Members to utilize existing Membership event tickets for stadium entry).
      • a $250 Food and Beverage Charge Card per Membership seat.
    • In the case of a Successful Application for a Medallion Club Membership comprising 4 or more seats for a 3 year term;
      • a 2013 Toyota AFL Grand Final package per Membership seat, utilizing the Membership entitlement to a ticket to the 2013 Toyota AFL Grand Final ticket plus breakfast at the official AFL Grand Final Breakfast function.
      • a two course sit down dinner with beverage package at the ARU International Test between the Qantas Wallabies and the British and Irish Lions per Membership seat (event ticketing is not included in this Reward, Members to utilize existing Membership event tickets for stadium entry).
      • a package to the 2013 Emirates Melbourne Cup at Flemington racecourse for two persons, including entry ticket into the Birdcage with exclusive access to the Medallion Club marquee with dining and beverage services or a $250 Food and Beverage Charge Card per Membership seat.
  • The Reward will be supplied in the form of a Food and Beverage Charge Card ("Charge Card") or Swing Tag Ticketing to the specified Event ("Event Ticketing"), as applicable.
  • In accordance with the Reward eligibility criteria, the Charge Card will be delivered within 1 month of Successful Application and will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue. Event Ticketing will be issued by the Promoter a minimum of 14 days prior to the event specified in the Reward.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to, in its absolute discretion to, replace Rewards with items of similar value.
  • At the time the Rewards are issued, the Medallion Club Membership of the Applicant must be valid.
  • The Rewards are non-exchangeable for cash. In the event that the Charge Card or Event Ticketing is lost, misplaced or damaged please notify the Promoter immediately to arrange replacements.
  • All decisions made by the Promoter on matters relating to the JI Program are final, including, without limitation, eligibility for participation in the JI Program and satisfaction of relevant criteria for Successful Referrals.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to modify, delete or substitute these Conditions of Entry of the JI Program or change or withdraw the JI Program at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
